<p>Raspberry is the red fruit which is extremely low in calories (38 calories per 100 grams). It is very rich in water. This fruit brings many minerals and vitamins, and fibers that will boost your digestion. The perfect way for eating raspberries is to eat them as natural as possible.</p>
<p>Raspberry composition is: citric acid, malic acid, cellulose, water, iron, fiber, glucose, fats, niacin, pectin, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3 and C.</p>
<h2><strong>A high density mineral and vitamin C</strong></h2>
<p>The mineral content contained in raspberry is considerable compared to other fruits: they are almost 1.3 g of minerals for only 100 calories that are supplied. And it does not stop there, because it is the same for magnesium (53 mg / 100 calories), calcium (58 mg / 100 calories) and iron (1.8 mg / 100 calories).</p>
<p>Regular consumption of raspberries can effectively cover the daily energy requirements of minerals for the whole body.</p>
<p>As for vitamins, including vitamin C the body cannot produce by itself, the raspberry proves to be the champion of red fruit: 100 g of fruit, nearly 25 mg of vitamin C, about 1/3 of the daily intake that is recommended by the official nutritional programs.</p>
<p>The raspberry is a delicate fruit that cannot be kept more than 3 days. Its organic acid concentration protects vitamin C for 48 hours. This is why it is best to consume fresh to obtain a high vitamin C content, bringing great benefits to the body.</p>

<p>The raspberry is a fruit that contains lots of fiber, which will promote the diuretic action and improve your digestion. Rasberry grains are rich in cellulose that helps fight constipation and helps digestion.</p>
